My Reward Points
How to use your points:
• You can redeem your REN Reward Points at checkout (on the delivery page) only when you have accumulated enough to buy a product/s
• You can spend all or some of your points at any one time
• You must make a purchase to spend points
• Just click ‘Redeem Now’ in the ‘My Reward Points’ box and select your products from the pop up list (this list will show all the products you can afford with your points)
• To change the product/s you wish to redeem, go back to the ‘my basket’ page (either use the back button or click my basket at the top of the page) and delete and then to the delivery page to choose again in the same way
• Each time you place an order we’ll update you on how many points you have added to your account and each time you log into your account, you will see the latest total.
