Delivery Information


Delivery destinations:

We deliver to most European countries and several other international destinations by Royal Mail. If your delivery destination is not on the list please send us an email at info@renskincare.com to ask for a delivery quote by courier.

United Kingdom orders:

REN parcels are delivered by Yodel to the United Kingdom.

We aim to process orders on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm weekdays. Your order should be with you in 1-4 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.

If you are not at home when Yodel call by you can arrange a re-delivery at a more convenient time. Simply call the phone number on the 'Failed Delivery Card' to arrange a time of delivery that suits you. Alternatively you can log in to your REN account to track the order and arrange for an alternative delivery time online.

International orders:

International orders are sent by Royal Mail or by courier if previously arranged.

Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt provided we receive it before 12pm weekdays. Your order should be with you in 4-10 working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, however, processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.
