Delivery Information

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish your order to go out on the same day as it is placed please note that it will need to be with us before 12 am (weekdays only).

Standard orders:

Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. REN's business hours are Monday -Friday 08:30 – 15:30 EST. If it has been more than seven working days and you have not received your product, please contact REN customer services by email at info@renonline.net or on 732-553-1185. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is especially heavy demand, e.g. around Christmas.

Packaging:
