"This cleanser is amazing, 1/3 through the bottle and my dry, flaky winter skin was sorted and hydrated again. It glides on skin really easily so perfect to use for facial massage. Washes off easily and leaves skin so soft. I love it!"

"I have used this cleanser for several years very happily but was recently tempted to try (brand name removed) Cleanse and Polish after reading many glowing reviews for that product. However I have very quickly returned to this REN cleanser which is fabulous for my dry skin. The Ultra Cleansing Milk has an understated but very pleasant smell that makes me want to use it. The product is very creamy in texture and does create a lather. It is easy to take as little or as much as you need from the bottle and the packaging means that you can see exactly how much you have left and when to stock up. I now use it with a muslin cloth and this additional gentle exfoliation helps reduce break outs. Only if I am wearing plenty of long-wear make up do I need to use the Purity Cleansing Balm (which is also great but considerably more expensive) for normal make-up use this product works a treat."

"I have been using this product for about 5 years and have never found anything better for my dry (and increasingly 'mature' skin). If you like a cleanser you can wash off, this one leaves your skin feeling clean but not dry. Even cleansing oils can feel drying, once they have been emulsified with water and washed off. But, since it has changed its name, it seems that it has also lost its lovely smell, which added to the pleasure of using the product, which is a bit of a shame to my mind."

"I've always loved this cleansing milk - its texture and smell is far better than most (a lot of them much more expensive) cleansing milk I've used. But recently I started to try cleansing oil (shu uemura), and realised that the reason my muslin cloths turns a bit beige over time in the past is because REN cleansing milk had not taken off my make up properly. On my bottle it DOES say it dissolves make-up! Just as well I only use make up occasionally and very sparingly. I will still use this cleansing milk though, on my make-up free days, or after my cleansing oil when I can be bothered. (In Asia where I live now, double cleasing is a standard practice!) REN - can you bring out a gentle cleansing oil? For now I am going to turn to Fancl which doesn't use mineral oil like Shu."

"I was having trouble with my dry skin last winter and I must say that this cleanser proved to be a God-sent miracle. I had no trouble with tightness after cleansing, which is a feature that came with any cleanser that I had ever tried. I would reccomend this product to people with dry to very dry skin, it is definately not something for combination skin."
