COVID-19, An Update For Our Customers

22nd January Delivery Update

Unfortunately orders to mainland Europe placed since December 18th are still delayed due to ongoing Brexit related issues. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and we'll update this page as soon as we're able to ship to Europe again.

We hope you, and your families and friends, have been able to stay safe and healthy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, especially as everyday becomes more changeable.

While the next phase of lockdown may affect people at different times geographically, we all share the same worries, concerns and restrictions. As we have done throughout 2020, we’ll continue to strive to protect our employees, suppliers, delivery partners, fulfilment team and customers. If retail stores in your area are currently closed, know that online is still a reliable, safe environment for you to continue shopping. And, here are the steps we’ve taken to keep it that way:

1. We have waived all standard domestic delivery fees on our UK site

2. Our Customer Service team is available between 09:00 and 17:30 from Monday to Friday

3. Our social media channels will continue to provide community content, open conversation and updates
