22nd April 2020 Update
We’ll be upfront with you. Since COVID-19 we’ve experienced a high volume of orders from people who may have previously shopped in now temporarily closed stores. Coupled with the extra safety precautions we’ve put in place to protect our dispatch team, delivery partners and customers, your order may take longer to arrive. Please allow a delay of up to 14 days for your order to arrive. We know it’s an ask, and your order may well arrive within normal Standard Delivery timeframes, but we are doing everything we can to get your order to you within our usual service levels. We appreciate your patience and we’ll keep you updated of any changes.
Is your order shipping outside of the UK? Please make sure to check DPD’s daily COVID-19 International Bulletin to see if your parcel could be delayed. We are working closely with our carriers to ensure you receive your parcel within the stated time-frames.

UK Standard Delivery
Delivered by Royal Mail, 2nd class.
UK Standard Delivery, £3. Free on orders over £30.
Usually received within 3-5 working days* once dispatched.
If you have selected Royal Mail as your method of delivery please ignore any DPD notifications you may receive. We are working on fixing this issue as soon as possible.
UK Next Day and Saturday Services*
Orders with these delivery methods are sent via DPD.
UK Next Day, £5. Free on orders over £100.
Saturday Delivery, £12.
Orders must be placed before 12pm, Mon-Fri to qualify for next day delivery.
*We are currently unable to offer Next Day and Saturday Delivery. These services will be available again soon.
Orders with addresses outside of the UK are sent via DPD.
European Union or EEA Delivery, £10.
Rest of World, £15.
DPD is a flexible premium delivery service. Enter your phone number at the checkout, and you’ll get a text confirming your delivery date and time. Or reply to the text message from DPD with a preferred alternative delivery date. Deliveries can also be notified and rescheduled via email.

To ensure there are no mistakes and that our delivery company has all the correct address information, our system verifies your address with your postcode. We’re unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
