Returning your items.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

Please contact our customer care team at customercareuk@renskincare.com to notify them of your return. You will be given a returns number, please include this alongside your name, address and original order number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and post to: FREEPOST REN Clean Skincare. We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them.

Exchanges.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at the moment.

In-store purchases.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.
