Returning your items.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the goods being delivered to you.

Please contact our customer care team at to notify them of your return. You will be given a returns number, please include this alongside your name, address and original order number and reason for return/exchange with your returned products and post to: FREEPOST REN Clean Skincare. We aim to process returns within seven working days of receiving them.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at the moment.

In-store purchases.
If you have purchased through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.
