As the past year has undoubtedly been the year of working out (and generally working) from home for many – some of you may already know Ally Love. If not – we’ll bring you up to speed. Energetic and motivation-giving Instructor at Peloton, Host of the Brooklyn Nets Basketball Team and Founder and CEO of Love Squad (only a few of the many hats she wears) Ally wants to empower people, namely young women, to live fuller, healthier lives. Her medium is an online community that helps unite people from all walks of life around their shared love of career-building, health and inspiration.
